Such a cute little place to walk around. There's a few shops, couple bars, coffee house or two and a toy store. It's a definite stop if you wanna get out of downtown and do something more local. Check out Lit Candle for sure!! You can make your own candle there! Oh and the sourdough brownie at the bakery next door to that.
I love Hyde Park, but it's so busy and the streets are narrow. It's best to park a couple blocks away and walk. You'll find good coffee, good food, good people. And it's near the foothills to go for a hike.
Lovely area, great toy store with very reasonable prices and a great selection. Parking can be tricky but worth it. Lunch at a wonderful Bakery across the street from the toy store was recommended, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Very good light lunch option.
Highly recommend this area when visiting Boise. Small so allow about 1-2 hrs.
Stopped here to walk around and grab coffee. Was hoping more shops would be open but the streets are as charming as they come. The trees are blooming and it was a crisp morning. Definitely worth a stop.
Does the coming zombie apocalypse concern you? Do you need to just forget about the world for a day? Then come on over to Hyde Park and leave your troubles and worry behind! Enjoy great food, people and nature for just a day! And then come back again. If you visit on 9/17 then you will also see the Street Fair, which is full of vendors, many many vendors. Be sure to bring money for food and souvenirs!!
Such a beautiful and charming place to explore with family. They have an old school ice cream/candy/coffee shop, a toy store, art shops, and other fun shops and restaurants. It's definitely one of our favorite places in the Valley.
Really nice place to find a bite to eat! It reminds me of a cute little town in West Linn Oregon. They have many different places to eat angle they all had quality food. There was a good toy store and ice cream shop right next door. There was also a really nice park right down the street
Enjoyed Hyde Park today. Ate at 13th Street and it was tasty!! Had the stuffed mushrooms and beef sliders. I had a "Rowdy Kate" drink and it was strong and would definitely make me rowdy!!! We sat on the patio and it was perfect!!
